On December 03^rd and 04^th 2020, VinaQS participated in the ‘Conditions of Contract for Construction (FIDIC RED BOOK 2017)’ Training Seminar organized by Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

During this 2-day seminar, several topics on the contract’s conditions for construction of the FIDIC 2017 Red Book were discussed such as general conditions, interpretations, time for completion, taking-over, or liability for defects. Furthermore, participants talked about financial provisions and procedures, legal liabilities, insurances, claims, and dispute resolutions.

After each topic was presented, everyone focused on questions and anwers session to discuss and address queries together. Especially, in the end, VECAS awarded Certificates of Completion to individuals and organizations that completed the training seminar.
